The “Meneer” : another variant of the Good Doctor’s beetle and the arrival of the SAGE VXP and TXL-F

Another step by step version of a Sterkies favourite from the vice of Hans Van Zyl, the “Meneer”, in our fly tying section. It is similar to the original Beetle with added buoyancy and a set of legs instead of the usual hackle. Remember to refer to the original Beetle for preparation, a must have pattern for Sterkfontein.

For the past 13 years (That is how long the shop will be in business this year) I have browsed  the internet , checking out all the nice fly fishing sites globally, never trying to launch my own website because of my techno disability.
